Wanted: An answering machine program for my computer that monitors calls with the modem and then will send me a page when it records a message.
I started to write a little perl script, but then I decided not to try and reinvent the wheel -- I searched download.com to find some shareware programs, but I couldn't get any of them to really work the way that I wanted them to.
Anybody have any recommendations?

I used a similar program when I had my PowerMac, but here's a little program I've heard about that you may find useful. It's a tad pricey, around $70.
