hit or miss

E-commerce woes Part 2.  Less than 24 hours after spending forty minutes on the phone with Orbitz customer service trying to straighten out my plane tickets that "hadn't been mailed yet" because they didn't believe my address was valid, I received the tickets via 2-day Fed Ex -- meaning that the tickets had already been sent when I talk to their rep. Call me naive, but shouldn't the rep have been able to tell the tickets had been sent already?

And, I boxed up my Sidekick for return today. T-Mobile's wireless data department kept telling me I should be getting excellent service, but I couldn't connect inside any buildings and I kept losing the connection even as I walked outside across campus. It's a pretty cool package, but I think I'll probably spring for a Treo instead when I move to my next job.

See the trackback for my comments. Also, Matt, the trackback count doesn't show up on your main page. You probably want to add that to your template.
